Get Started
Download and install the CrewGear APK on your Android device. Your manager will send you the APK file — tap it to install (you may need to allow installation from unknown sources in your device settings).
Accept the terms on first launch, then enter the license key your manager provided.
Your manager will send you a Crew Package zip file via email or message. When it arrives tap Menu → Import Jobs and select the zip.
Your jobs and recurring visits for the day load automatically. The app transforms to match your manager's gearset — accent color, app name, and gearset-specific features all switch on import.
Work through your jobs. Each job shows client name, address, scheduled time, owner notes, access info, and previous visit notes. Tap Navigate to open Google Maps. Log field notes (DONE / FOUND / NEXT / NOTES / SUPPLIES), add supplies used, and take before/after photos. Recurring visits also show the service agreement so you know exactly what to do.
If a job can't be completed tap Skip Job and select a reason. Your manager will see it when they import your work.
When your day is done tap Menu → Send My Work. Share the exported zip to your manager. Tap Yes to mark jobs as sent — they'll be hidden until your next import.

No API Setup Needed
CrewGear does not require any API keys. Your manager's LocationIQ and WeatherAPI keys are included automatically in the crew package. Weather forecasts and job site routing work as soon as you import.
